I m currently recruiting for a Reliability manager to join an industry leading company based in Spalding, as they undergo big investment and implement projects developing the business. As the Reliability Manager, you ll be responsible for organising and maintaining the monitoring of the machinery on site and the site itself. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:



Organising the continuous review of the current PPM systems to optimise effectiveness

Liaising with the site engineering team, implementing RCM strategy to improve the asset reliability

Organising the reliability engineers to carry out condition monitoring throughout the site

Analysing, collating and presenting the data collected from the reports carried out



The level of work expected from a Company that are a Global Powerhouse is of the highest standards, in order to carry out the responsibilities to a world class standard you will be expected to have gained the following skills and experiences:



Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualifications, ideally being Apprenticeship trained

Experience managing projects and carrying out Condition Monitoring including vibration analysis and thermography

Extensive Food Manufacturing experience in a similar positon or engineering positions

Strong understanding of Health & Safety and GMP



Ideally the company would like for you to have experience in both Electrical and Mechanical engineering, ideally being trained to at least 17th Edition. This position is open to someone with extensive Reliability Managerial experience or someone with the right skill set, looking to take the next step in their career.
