This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised IT company. You will join a growing global resourcing team, ensuring the right people are placed on the right projects at the right time. Projects are in the UK, US, India and Asia. Your focus would predominately be with the UK.

The successful candidate will need to be motivated, well organised, detail orientated and skilled at managing multiple priorities. Your main responsibilities are to support the Resource Management function in the day-to-day scheduling of consultants, effectively matching consultants to projects with the aim of maximising revenue. In addition, you will also have other administrative responsibilities including booking external training courses, planning internal workshops, logging and tracking absences and holidays and assisting recruitment with scheduling interviews.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with 1 year administration experience who are looking to grow and develop withing a company.


Support the Global Project Operations Manager with lining up consultants to booked and pipeline project work

Update and maintain central spreadsheets to record actual and forecast days for the consulting team on project

Updating consultants with project start/end details

Maintaining database

Tracking illness/absences and holiday approvals, highlighting any issues

Reaching out to associates and keeping track of their availability

Creating project codes for consultants to book their time to. Adding and removing resources as necessary

Supporting the on boarding process for new starters, including welcoming them on day 1 and scheduling their inductions

Booking training courses for the consulting team, tracking bookings against budget Attributes:

Attention to detail. Candidate will need to update and track data manually and accurately. This includes tracking any changes to consultant time to the day

Strong organisational and planning skills

Proactive, ambitious and a quick learner -with the ability to use key systems and spreadsheets quickly. This is a growing function where you will be encouraged to shape the role.

Interpersonal skills will be required to liaise internally with consultants, Delivery Managers and recruitment, and externally with contractors and training providers
