S4 Labour by Catton Hospitality are a software company who operate with a real footprint in the leisure and hospitality industry. Their flagship software is built by operators, for operators, so adds real value to their customer’s experience. Now looking for a Product Manager for the PS4payroll Bureau, you will become an integral part of a fast-growing sector of the business.
Priding themselves on their consultative approach, they have over 1000 UK sites using their software with plans to grow that exponentially - with an impressive annual growth rate of around 50% a year. They aren’t static, and know where they want to be going.
What you’ll do as a Product Manager:
Your focus as a Product Manager will be to create a market leading and disruptive offer that supports, drives or extends the adoption of the larger business product suite. Actively reviewing the Payroll, HR and Reward markets to understand the key issues and therefore opportunities for product development. Building commercial business cases, defining requirements and managing development, implementation and training projects.
Other key responsibilities include:
Working with existing and potential customers to capture concerns and requirements to help build our future roadmap
Liaising with internal teams to deliver projects in a timely and cost-effective manner
Development of marketing material and key sales messages
Creation and delivery of internal and external product training

What you’ll bring:
A curious and inventive mindset
Broad knowledge of the Payroll, HR & Reward market – qualification desirable
Project management experience - qualification desirable
Competent in MS Office
Diligent & meticulous with great organisational & planning skills
High level of numeracy skills & excellent verbal/written communication skills
Full clean driving licence is beneficial
