About the business?

This high growth Electric Vehicle start up is London based, fast moving and the first of its kind. They are a business that not only understand and translate all things electric to fleets and consumers, they also are able to get you the best deal and support you through the entire process. Think of them as the compare the market of the EV world – Simples!

They are part of a wider, billion-pound turnover business that invest in high growth markets and one of their biggest areas is in the renewable energy sector which is why Electric Vehicles is their next big project.

They are building a team from the ground up and having brought in an excellent head of sales they now need a strong sales team to help them grow the business.

About the opportunity:

Sales Executive – Electric Vehicles

£25,000 basic salary, uncapped commission (realistic Year 1 OTE £50,000-£60,000)


This is not your typical car sales job. This is all about dealing with (a lot) of inbound warm leads from customers that have registered an interest in EV and dealing with that customer from cradle to grave.

A lot of contact with the customer will done at head office and at driving events. You will be giving customers the opportunity to book onto a ‘drive day’ to test out all the different electric vehicles on the market in one day. Exciting right?

After they have fallen in love with the idea of and EV, your job is then to sell them the vehicle, infrastructure and lifestyle. All of which you will be individually rewarded for with the lucrative commission scheme.

This really is the chance to become a product specialist in what is fast becoming the future of automotive. What does success look like? In 12-18 months, you could be running and growing the team.

About you:

To join this high growth EV business you will:

- Need minimum 2 years’ experience selling B2C (ideally face to face and the over the phone)

- Examples of you meeting and exceeding targets

- Have a passion/interest in the EV/Energy market

- Full driving licence

- Commutable to central London 5 days a week

- Flexible working (5 day week but this could be Tues-Sat one week, Mon-Fri the next)
