We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join an already successful but growing team in the water and utilities sector as we plan our future growth.

As a Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include:

* Delivering against the monthly, quarterly and yearly business budgets whilst managing New Business Gross Profit and Revenue Pipeline Development

* Accurate Forecasting vs. Budget reporting

* Leading and motivating a high performing Corporate Field Sales Team of 5 with both Strategic and Tactical approaches to business acceleration

* Supporting the Sales Team Leader with the management, development and motivation of a team of 5 telesales (appointment making) agents

* Supporting and collaborating with support teams to ensure processes are followed and our Customers receive the highest levels of Service.

The successful Sales Manager will be able to demonstrate:

* Strong commercial acumen

* 5 Years, proven Business to Business Sales (Service market Desirable)

* Extensive new business experience

* Strong and proven team management experience

* Regional Sales Management Essential.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Strong presentation skills
