Service Desk Engineer

To be successful in this role you will have at least 1+ years experience in a Managed Service Provider. You will be a team player who is customer centric and process driven.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing company who are well known for being a great place to work. In this role you will be responsible for taking ownership of incidents to ensure successful resolution while providing outstanding remote technical support to their clients.
You will have experience in MS server, windows, networking lan and Wan technologies. You will have a degree in computer science or equivalent and be a fluent English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills.
