The role of Direct Sales Team Manager Media
* You will have managed/ lead a team of Direct Sales staff within a service or solution Environment
* You will have worked in a billing / leader manager position ideally within the Media, Advertising sector, or Service sector.
* You will have supervisory, Team leader, Managerial experience and be looking for a step up in your career.
* You will recruit, performance manage, motivate, coach and take one to ones to increase the success of the Media/ Advertising sales team.
* You will support HR and Recruitment with Induction, Disciplinarys and succession planning.
* You will have worked in a fast paced environment where you have had to be results driven.
* You will report monthly to the board both on KPI and potential development of rising stars with the Media Advertising Team
* You with Set, monitor and manage the Direct Sales team to achieve their targets and KPI’s
* You will have a driven and have a motivated approach with a flexible approach to getting the job done.
* You will be involved in forecasting and business planning and helping with campaign management and innovation.
* 2 to 3 years experience with Direct Sales Management in Media/ Advertising (Out of Home)
* A degree in Advertising/ Media or Related subject
* Could suit a candidate commuting to London who now wishes to work locally but still has the passion and drive to be successful in Sales Manager position locally.
