Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Location: West London

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 pa

We are recruiting a Regional Account Manager to join our UK Hospital sales team. The role is home

-based but it's a large territory and nights away will be regularly needed.

80% of your time will be spent in the field. Your priorities will be:

1. 1.Developing new customers

2. 2.Gaining greater penetration within the installed base 1. 3. 3.Defending present customer accounts by tender or contract renegotiation.

You will be a ?hunter', results-focused and target driven; out-performing the competition, developing a significant pipeline and closing sales in the process. As the successful candidate, you will be highly driven and organised; maximising your time in front of customers who can drive the territory's growth.

You will also possess outstanding communication and relationship building skills. This will have been developed through a combination of formal, consultative model, sales training and Trust/hospital sales experience. As a result, you are very comfortable selling to all roles within a Trust, including the c-suite.

This role has a high degree of autonomy; we want the new Account Manager to come in and make a positive impact, developing their own account management plan utilising our CRM and incorporating key corporate messaging as well as the support the organisation can provide.

Ideally, you will be based west of London and have a blend of skills, experience and qualifications including:

Experience:

- 5 years plus sales experience in NHS hospitals

- 3 years selling service contracts

- 2 years working with field-based engineers

Skills:

- Formal qualifications, business related degree or equivalent

- Highly organised, target driven and able to prioritise

- Delivers an outstanding level of account management

- Possesses enthusiasm, credibility and consistency

- Demonstrates self-motivation, solution orientation and resilience

- Displays outstanding organisational skills

- Has good IT skills (including Outlook, CRM, MS word and Excel)
