My client is a leading SaaS provider with a global reach who are also in the process of expanding globally with a complex platform with numerous inter dependencies.

Working across two established Scrum teams with 16 members comprising of Devs, QA and Scrum you will work closer with the teams converting user stories via material on a road map ensuring working for the given quarter is completed along with related project work. You will also groom the given backlog determining which features will need to be changed as and when required.

You will be involved in all given scrum ceremonies and daily stand ups along with facilitating product decision meetings. Along with this you will interface and engage with various stakeholders in the business updating them in monthly tech review sessions and related communication required. In addition, you will also interface and engage with various other scrum teams and team members discussing the inter dependencies across the platform to ensure work is successfully completed.

To successfully apply you will need the following:

First and foremost, you will already be performing a product-related position across the end-to-end software delivery life cycle focused on gathering and refining requirements as user stories then planning and prioritising their delivery as features or product elements.

You will have performed this role in a relatively complex environment where dependencies and inter dependencies across both the application/ platform exist across multiple teams.

You'll be experienced in delivering effective, appropriate communication and updates to users, senior business and technical stakeholders, and delivery teams and escalating up to C-level where needed.

You'll be comfortable with a range of communication types and channels across presentations, workshops, interviews, and messaging tools, and you'll be able to tell us about occasions where you've used these to win support for business concepts within technology teams and explain technical limitations or solutions to business users including managing expectations.

Eliciting, refining, and documenting sometimes complex requirements for consumption by delivery teams will be something you do daily. You'll have a wide range of approaches to requirement gathering and be able to tell us about how you tailor your approach based on people, the product, and situation.

Demonstrate in-depth awareness of API's/ dataflows within your current product set covering both internal and third-party products.

You will understand product from ideation to creation to deployment in Agile environments and be able to describe the typical challenges encountered across the product life cycle when working under Scrum, including steps that can be taken to navigate these.
