Our Client are Channelling significant investment into building an automation capability to serve both internal and external customers. Their aspiration is to be one of the largest automation practices in Europe.
As an SRE you will be responsible for exceptions, platform degradation, networking problems, high usage of resources, or slow responses from our RPA services and can triage the Service end to end
Good knowledge of at least one programming language and the willingness to dabble in others.
You will have Microsoft Azure platform knowledge from build to run
You will be the point of contact for customers for triaging and supporting automated robots
Knowledge of CaI (Code as Infrastructure)
You have the ability to follow architectural designs to stand up environments as part of customer onboarding
As an SRE engineer you will be responsible for working with the Service Transition Managers to ensure all support documentation is received and signed off though the automation delivery cycle life cycle ahead of the handover into service.
Setup and analyse application health metrics and provide solutions to ensure stability & high availability
Deploying code from Development into Production as part of the change/release management process
Strong sense of ownership, customer service, and integrity demonstrated through clear communication.
Passion for eliminating repetitive manual processes using automation
Experience of release automation tooling in both infrastructure delivery
Experience of release out or deploying into CloudExperience/Skills
Any exposure to Swarming techniques
Working with ServiceNow
Demonstrated ability to write programs using a high-level programming language
You will have had exposure to RPA (Desirable)
You can demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Have good planning and scheduling skills.
You will display extraordinary attention to detail and accuracy.
You are confident to ask the questions that others don't.
Show enthusiasm and a real passion for the role with an attitude to enable change.
You can provide examples of handling conflicting and changing priorities whilst still meeting deadlines.
