Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: Depending on Experience
We are looking to recruit a committed, enthusiastic and passionate Administrator to join our client's Litigation and Recovery team.
This would either suit a methodical Administrator used to accurately processing information and liaising with clients about complex issues or a Credit Controller looking for a change of direction.
The ideal candidate will be used to working in a busy environment and must work accurately at pace. You do not need to come from a legal background as full training will be provided.
Working for a growing Solicitors firm locally you will be working as part of a close knit team in the Litigation and Recovery department. You must be confident in case handling (training will be given) and be accurate in your data input. You will thrive on a methodical approach and be used to working to workflow processes and governed by compliance and procedure. You will be good with figures, analytical and have experience in processing information into a set system/framework.
* Responsible for own caseload.
* Interaction with clients and debtors.
* Able to deal with the majority of legal elements of cases.
* Meet targets.

* Able to learn quickly and support others as required.
* Able to comply with systems.
* Regular client contact and establishing a working relationship.
* Drafting legal documents
* Adhering to compliance procedures.
* Effective use of research materials and summarising findings
