Our Client are Channelling investment significant into building an automation capability to serve both internal and external customers. Their aspiration is to be one of the largest automation practices in Europe.
You will be responsible for the Service Transition of all new/changes to RPA Services as defined by the Solution Design & Service transition framework.
You will capture the correct information, document and transition the end-to-end support required to manage the in-life new RPA service work hand in hand with PM's
You will be the point of contact to support, guide and input from all members of the delivery function (PM's, BA's) to ensure service and customer is a primary focus
You will provide the 'Show & Tell' sessions required by support teams necessary to manage the new RPA Service
RPA Service testing (non-functional): You will ensure that the required level of Service Management testing has been undertaken to prove that the non-functional requirements have been designed appropriately.Experience/Skills
You hold an ITIL v3 certification.
You will have had exposure to RPA (Desirable)
You have experience in a Service Transition, Service Introduction role for a minimum of two years within a large organisation.
You can demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Have good planning and scheduling skills.
You will display extraordinary attention to detail and accuracy.
You are confident to ask the questions that others don't.
Show enthusiasm and a real passion for the role with an attitude to enable change.
You can provide examples of handling conflicting and changing priorities whilst still meeting deadlines.
