2nd Line Support Technician

The client is a global financial services organisation based in Bristol, they are looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join them on a permanent basis.
Provide technical support and customer service to the business either face to face or remotely in line with SLAs.
Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the business and 3rd parties/offshore branches.
Server, Desktop and Laptop builds and deployments
Windows and VMware Server administration.
Active Directory administration, including user configuration, group policy changes and GPO administration
Software installation, upgrade and support, both in-house applications and off the shelf
Mobile device administration
At least 3+ years of support experience covering the following technologies.
Server, Desktop and Laptop builds and deployment
Windows and VMwareVMware Server administration, including application and website management, e.g. WDSWDS, WSUSWSUS and Anti-virus
Active Directory administration, including user configuration, group policy changes and GPO administrationExperience in the Financial Services or other Professional Services sector is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to pick up new skills and focus on the continuous improvement of the IT function.
Experience of BAUBAU support and Project work is required.
£25,000-£28,000 + additional benefits
