Senior level strategic Sales Manager position

THE ROLE: As a National Sales Manager for this market leading manufacturer of partitioning solutions for commercial building applications, you will be responsible for division strategy, implementation and leading of a team of 10 field sales people across the UK, an indirectly an internal based team. The route to market of the full turnkey system solutions, is through private and public sector end users, and Main Building Contractors.

THE PERSON: It is essential that you have both experience selling partitioning products/systems and have managed a field sales team. You'll be a strategic planner, organised and structured with the ability to make high level decisions - whilst being a leader who inspires and motivates.

THE COMPANY: Huge operator in the construction sector - with multi divisions in the manufacture and supply of building products. Future progression opportunities to further senior commercial roles exist here.

THE PACKAGE FOR NATIONAL SALES MANAGER:

Salary: £60,000 to £80,000

Bonus: Additional 25% OTE

Company Car or Allowance of £5,200 pa
