Communications Business Partner

In this role, you will provide communications support the Senior Leadership Team and be the key link back into the Corporate Affairs function. The role will involve working right across the organisation, reaching over 70,000 employees, as well as building a community of colleagues whose roles are focused on IT. You'll also work with other communication and engagement professionals across the business to ensure messages are aligned and we're a connected and collaborative organisation.
What you will do:
Writing engaging communications that resonate with different internal audiences.
Communications planning, to ensure that information reaches people in a timely and consistent way.
Translating complicated technical language into plain English.
Articulating the business' purpose, values and strategy in a way that resonates with IT colleagues.
Developing and delivering communication strategies and plans, using a range of channels.
Supporting business leaders with their written communications and presentation skills.
Working in a business partnering model, who can work into a function whilst also delivering the objectives of the group Corporate Affairs teamYour experience will include:
Prior experience of working in a Communications role
Be able to source information and create compelling stories about where we've been and where we're heading
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
