JOB TITLE: IT First Line Support

SALARY: Up to £22,000 (D.O.E)

As the First Line Support, you will report to IT Director and be responsible for:

* Receiving and making Support calls

* Testing back-ups

* Remote and telephone support

* Monitoring threat alert systems

* Helping with the upkeep of servers

* Systems updates

* Keeping task information up-to-date and reviewing each situation

* Being a positive mindset in the team

* Enjoying your time spent at work

To be the successful First Line Support, you must have;

* A positive personable manner, allowing you to deal with people over the phone and in person

* Ability to talk with people from all walks of life

* A pro-active approach to work

* Solid IT experience in a previous role

* Ability to use initiative, and offer new ideas

* Strong ability to work in a team and liaise on an internal and external basis

* Evidence of self-development and continued training
