IT Problem Co-Ordinator

For this position the IT Problem Co-Ordinator will be responsible for working within the Major Incident & Problem team to improve and enhance service offerings within IT. You will be responsible for the allocation of Incidents within the IT team to the correct destination to ensure that the incident is managed in the appropriate way. You will be responsible for working with Servicenow to log the incident correctly and where appropriate escalate to third parties for review. This position will suit an individual that has previously worked within a Service Desk environment that is ITIL Compliant. You will have an understanding of how incidents are managed and have an interest in incident and problem management. This role is ideal for someone that is looking to broaden their experience within IT specifically if you have an interest in IT Service Management. Experience with a Service Desk management tool such as Servicenow will be highly beneficial for the role.
This position is to start ASAP and will pay up to £140 per day (Ltd/Umbrella) dependant on experience.
