Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
This is an excellent opportunity for a successful Tele Sales Supervisor who may be looking to advance into a Sales Management role. Our client are expanding the lead generation and telesales team and this is an excellent opportunity for the right person to make their mark and grow with the business as it develops. This person will ideally have a background in selling products within a telesales environment and experience in managing and coaching a team.
This person will have the responsibility of managing a team of lead generators and telesales operatives within the sales department. The basic responsibilities can be listed as:
Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team.
Ensuring the team meets the sales targets.
Sales training, development, and performance management.
Product training, development of the team understanding the Frama offer and benefits advantages over competition.
A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector.
Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
Handling inbound customer and prospect enquiries.
Monitoring calls for quality assurance.
Forecasting and analysing sales data.
Regular reporting of KPI’s
Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s.
