Source Solutions are working with a reputable and growing property maintenance and facilities business with a UK-wide footprint to identify a highly organised, detail-oriented and communicative Bid Coordinator to ensure smooth progression of bids and tenders within a busy and fast-paced team.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a great track record in administration within a projects environment, knowledge of how a bids team operates and an exceptional eye for detail, who is looking to develop along the every growing bids and tenders route within a construction / engineering environment.
You will be responsible for supporting the bids team, working closely at each step and ensuring accurate and prompt administration whilst ensuring continual and effective communication within the department – as such, confidence in dealing with wider teams in a busy and challenging environment is essential.
Candidate profile:
* Some form of experience within a bids / tenders / proposals environment
* Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with people in person and over communications
* Ability to work within set processes and procedures
