Our client is a leading property management company in County Cork, dedicated to providing high-quality maintenance services to residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team and contribute to the upkeep and functionality of our properties.

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.

*

Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and fittings.

*

Install new plumbing systems as needed, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.

*

Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and resolve them in a timely manner.

*

Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address cross-functional issues and projects.

*

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.

Ideal Candidate:

*

Trade certification or apprenticeship in plumbing.

*

Experience working in property management or a similar industry.

*

Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber or similar role
