Our Role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £16,000.00 to £18,000.00 /year

Full Time: 40 hrs/week

As a Sales Executive, you have to sell training services/Courses/diplomas and to provide administrative support to the Pitman Centre Manager and to manage the day to day operational administration of a busy new Pitman Training Centre. To assist with the co-ordination of activities such as marketing and sales, supporting with their day to day operational management, as well as supporting the students using the centre and those on distance learning courses.

Responsibilities and Duties

* To sell training services, courses and diplomas.

* To generate lead and convert existing leads into sales.

* Set up and oversee all administration in respect of learners on Pitman’s courses.

* Provide daily operational administration including co-ordination of internal and external parties, meetings management, basic document and typing production, use of email to communicate with internal and external parties.

* Support students with their on-line and distance learning courses.

* To work unsupervised and also as part of a team to assist in the day to day operations.

* To assist keeping a clear audit trail on expenditure arising from the sale of courses. This will include basic Excel and also good record keeping skills of paper and electronic invoices.

* To assist with record keeping of financial and student information.

* To assist with the social media and marketing campaigns using both traditional and digital techniques such as Facebook and Twitter.

* To identify and then engage with employers and build effective business relationships.

* To advise prospects on relevant and appropriate courses.

* Provide input into marketing strategy

* Strong sales and negotiation skills

* Updating and forecasting prospects and sales to an agreed timetable Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications and Skills

* GCSE

* Proven track record in sales and conversions.

* Excellent knowledge of office packages and excellent customer services skills.

* Experience of building rapport and establishing relationships with a wide range of employers.

* Strong track record of working to and achieving sales targets.

* Strong diary management and planning of meetings

* Good knowledge of social media and marketing. Benefits
