An established & highly regarded Business that has continually invested & evolved to position itself at the forefront of the Outdoor media & Communications arena, t now seek to appoint a high calibre Sales Management professional who possesses the demonstrable experience, capability and vision to construct and execute a strategic sales plan, transitioning them to a balanced end user & trade supply Client profile & delivering significant levels of new business growth through managing and motivating an existing/enhanced Sales & internal account management team.
The role requires a strong sales professional, drawing on the relevant broad Industry experience within the professional B2B sales environment and ideally well connected & respected within the digital large format, point of sale & outdoor media arena. You will be able to energise, lead and drive results through a diverse sales organisation and have a proven track record in the innovative generation and delivery of new solutions business.
You must have proven leadership experience at Sales Director/Manager level & demonstrable management of a field based sales team, alongside a proven track record of successfully identifying new sales opportunities and subsequent sales delivery through new & existing Clients.
You will have strong leadership skills that enable you to effectively influence colleagues and peers, know how to motivate and drive enthusiasm within a team and a business environment, whilst being a disciplined professional, cascading agreed strategy, managing through clear objectives and the responsible for the accountable delivery of your team.
It is a genuine leadership responsibility, so a reasonable working proximity (or preparedness to relocate in due course) to their Yorkshire HQ will be critical in your ability influence & drive the Business strategy & culture.
You will need to have relevant technical Sector acumen, combined with your excellent sales & leadership skills, plus a demonstrable hunger and acquired intellect to work closely with the existing Leadership team in defining the onward Business strategy & ultimately your own career in managing the entire Business through it’s next phase of growth and evolution
