LOCATION: Working from home within the South East Sales Area
COMPANY: We are a leading global manufacturer of instrumentation solutions of the process and manufacturing industry. Manufacturing a range of process & measurement instrumentation such as flowmeters, pressure, temperature and measurement instruments.
JOB OVERVIEW: The Area Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the existing and future development of sales within the geographical Sales Area in line with the Company’s overall objectives.
•The retention of existing business.
•The development of existing accounts to the extent of our complete capability of supply.
•The development of new accounts to increase market share in all segments and products.
•To understand the business, market and future development plans of potential and existing accounts.
•Keep up to date records using the Company’s CRM.
•Feedback to the Company trends in the market that could impact business.
•Actively seek out information relating to competitor products and activity and feedback to the Company.
•Make technical and commercial proposals, particularly where the response has been initiated by you.
•Work with the Internal Support Team for your sales area to maximise opportunities.
•Maximise sales development time and communication with existing and potential customers.
•Represent the company in a professional, credible and sincere manner.
•Be responsible for the margin management and price agreements within the Sales Area.
•Negotiate and manage supply agreements
•Work with the Company on other projects and assignments where required
