Sr Business Analyst (Marketing Effectiveness) - 12months + - Paris, France (Hybrid)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for Sr Marketing Effectiveness Business Analyst to take on an exciting long term mission with one of our clients in the Consumer Goods industry. The project will operate in a flexible hybrid capacity within central Paris.

Our client is looking for a Marketing Effectiveness Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating the performance of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategies. Leveraging data analytics and Business Intelligence tools, you will provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for optimisation. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience 5+ years in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a similar role,preferably in a consumer-facing industry
  • Preceding experience in FMCG (ie L'oreal, Unilever, Pepsico, Coca-Cola, Pernod Ricard,etc) required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, orTableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing attribution models, digital analytics platforms, and customer segmentation techniques is a plus
  • Experience with Mix Modelling as well as proven know-how on dealing with sales,financial, media, distribution data is required
  • Confident in analysing and presenting data and communicating to marketing/commercial/finance teams to make analytical concepts understandable
  • Strong understanding of marketing, operational strategy and execution, brand planning and P&L's
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of media/digital landscape and how analytics can drive optimisation
  • Demonstrated experience of effective partnership with technology teams/partners
  • Experience in working within a global, Matrix structured organisation
  • Track record on problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment

Contract details

Start date: Immediately

Duration: 12months + contract - Long term assignment

Hours per week: 40hrs p/w

Rate: Competitive

Contract setup: Freelance or Portage Salarial

Location: Paris, France (Flexible Hybrid)
