Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next challenge?

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an IT Support Engineer to join my client's team in York on permanent basis.

Within this role you'll be providing IT and technical support to all users based across the company both in the office or remotely.

You will be a part of a wider IT team but will be the sole point of contact for their local office.

You will be a great fit if you want to expand your knowledge and like a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day:

Managing IT Requirements for New Starters, Role Changes & Leavers
Managing incoming requests, dealing with end users & IT suppliers
Computer Builds, support, repairs & troubleshooting
User account setups
Software troubleshooting
Mobile's & Tablet setup/troubleshooting
Support Teams Meeting Rooms
About you:

2 Years experience with in a similar role
Configuring & Troubleshooting Windows, Office 365 environments
Active Directory Experience
F2F & Remote Support Experience
Service Desk/ITIL experience
Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday with early finish on Friday.

In return they offer a salary £25,000-£35000 +, benefits
