About the Role:

Lockheed Martin has an exciting opportunity for a Defence Training Designer Instructor based in Coulport, Helensburgh. You will be responsible for delivering customer requirements and contractual outputs by designing and delivering defence specific training. This role is perfect for someone with defence or similar experience in training such as ex-military, police, MoD etc.

Key information:

Helensburgh, Coulport

9 day working fortnight!

37.5 hours a week

Permanent

Hybrid - varying due to training schedules

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training modules to Defence Standards.

- Support operations for training outputs.

- Conduct reviews of training documentation following LMUK SS and Defence Quality Processes.

- Maintain knowledge of approved documentation, health and safety legislation, and compliance with Trident Programme and Company requirements.

Required Skills:

- Experience as a Training Designer or Trainer with design expertise.

- Preferred experience in defence instructional delivery standards.

- Engineering background desirable.

- Strong organisational and workload management skills.

- Excellent communication, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Flexibility and adaptable attitude.

- Motivated, reliable, initiative-driven, and deadline-oriented.
