Job Title: Paralegal Securities Documentation Specialist

Location: London (50% office-based, 50% remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting securities issuance documentation across various asset classes.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and adhering to defined processes.
  • Learning structured securities products, relevant legal rules, and processes, with the potential for expanding responsibilities over time.
  • Collaborating with team members to effectively manage workload.

Key Skills:

  • Completion of a law degree and/or an equivalent conversion course.
  • A keen interest in entering the legal profession, specifically within financial markets.
  • An outgoing and robust personality capable of working independently and collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • High degree of organization, planning skills, numeracy, attention to detail, logical thinking, and teamwork.
