Applications Support Lead - Central London (hybrid)
To £50,000 + benefits


This is is a key role for our client in the retail sector for a well known luxury brand. The role will have management responsibility for supporting, monitoring and managing a number of key systems and data integrations as well as business reporting. This will encompass the monitoring and support of a range of business systems from small, bespoke applications to large cross-function systems (including MS Business Central/SAP Success Factors), as well as all system and data integrations (24/7/365) and 3rd party systems eg warehouse systems, retail and wholesale partner systems. The role has responsibility for the management of a small support team who monitor the systems in and out of working hours.

Skills required:

- Experience in a busy applications support team responsible for supporting applications/data/ERP systems, gained within a retail/FMCG environment
- Previous/current Team leading/management experience
- Experience of MS Dynamics/Business Central

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office in central London.
