Role: Service Level Analyst- SC Cleared

Location: Hybrid - (London, Milton Keynes or Glasgow- 3 days/week on site)

IR35: Inside

Rate: £450/day (Umbrella)

Duration: 6 months

Security Clearance: SC & UK Nationality

Minimum Requirement:

  • Strong ServiceNow Reporting Skills
  • Building Dashboards in PowerBI
  • Service Level Analysis
  • Strong Communication Skills

The Service Level Analyst is a role within the IT Service Management department of IDD, reporting into the Senior Service Level Manager. They will support the Service Level Management process, policy and governance procedures.

The Service Level Analyst supports the overall quality of the process and develops reporting management information for all metrics against IT Service Management services including Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).

The Service Level Analyst is responsible for:

  • ServiceNow Service Level Management reporting (Demonstrable ServiceNow Service Level Management reporting skills is a necessity)
  • Providing updates and notifications to the Senior Service Level Manager where SLAs are trending towards breaches.
  • Producing Service Level Management reporting and management information to inform the Senior Service Level Manager of progress against OLAs and in some cases SLAs, SLA breaches and improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting the identification of metrics and measurements that are a reflection of customer's experience and level of satisfaction with the service.
  • Documenting all service level targets and measures including scope, thresholds and owners.
  • Supporting governance between ITSM, wider IDD and other Directorates, including third party suppliers as appropriate.
  • Documenting and maintaining Service Level Management processes and procedures.
  • Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service, working with others to improve the user experience, simplify processes and improve efficiency of IT Services to enable the Government's diplomatic, development and consular work around the world.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the skills outlined in the Performance Analyst role-level, in particular:

  • Performance Measurement
  • Understanding Constraints
  • User Centred Analysis
  • Communicating Analysis and Insight
  • ITIL Foundation is a desirable qualification for this role
