Business Development Manager x3 (Media focus)

An award-winning Media company are currently looking to recruit Business Development/Sales Managers on a permanent basis based in London.

The role will ensure sales targets are met and will deliver results for the project you are working on. You will be required to implement strategy, maintain existing client relationships, develop new clients, and offer support and guidance to your team to empower them to grow the business.

They are hiring a number of roles, all Media focused, but across various different areas. The 3 areas they're hiring across are:

  • Event sales
  • Film sales (media/subscriptions)
  • Marketing sales (media focused)

Experience required:

  • 2+ years of experience within sales in one of the above areas (events, media, marketing) across a variety of projects and industry sectors
  • Strong experience of relationship management with clients
  • The ability to develop relationships where necessary, and confidently manage and tackle issues
  • The ability to have a highly organised approach to maintaining and developing partnerships
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and Linked In skills
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and adaptability
  • Self-motivation and ambition to succeed
