Role - Project Manager (Avaloq)
Location - Hybrid 2/3 in the office Radbroke Hall, Knutsford
Duration - 6 months
Years Experience - 8-10

Desired

Expertise in multiple relevant Avaloq module (CRM,Credit, Investments, Payments, Client reporting, Interfaces), Jira, Agile, requirements gathering.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Expertise in Avaloq Web platform, ACPR, PL/SQL, Project Management
2. Expert background in software engineering, architecture, operations and product engineering
3. Outstanding relationship & stakeholder management skills
4. Highly articulate and effective communicator - both in technical and business language; excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Creating assessment approaches to identify emerging technologies and companies of relevance
6. Measuring the value of different approaches to technical problems

Desired Skills:
1. Expertise in multiple relevant Avaloq module (CRM,Credit, Investments, Payments, Client reporting, Interfaces), Jira, Agile, requirements gathering
2. Experience in strategy & architecture roles that have had broad applicability across financial services organisations
3. Experience in deep technical engagements to design and deliver positive outcomes in complex systems engineering
4. Conversant in diverse financial services areas
5. A thought leader on both contemporary and Legacy technology and engineering practices and design patterns

Expectations:
1. Extensive experience of working within financial services across a number of technology roles
2. Extensive experience in designing, delivering and fixing large scale software systems
3. Expert track record of working collaboratively and developing strong, productive internal and external relationships across a matrixed global organisation
4. Application of leading edge leadership and development practices
5. Highly organised, diligent and skilled in managing complex projects (strategic and tactical)
6. A world class technical communicator, able to command respect from peers and junior engineers alike.
7. Should be an obvious magnet based upon credibility, empathy and ethos
