The Generative AI Organization is seeking a skilled post-sales Customer Engineer to ensure the successful deployment of solutions for specific customers. The ideal candidate will possess substantial hands-on experience in system engineering, software, and managing technical customer relationships in enterprise or cloud systems or software, coupled with exceptional relationship-building and collaborative skills to drive outstanding customer success.

- Proficiency in the AI/ML market, understanding customer needs, and familiarity with relevant technologies
- Expertise in system engineering concepts
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Experience with hardware and software technologies
- Hands-on technical deployment skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team orientation and collaborative nature
- Ability to effectively address multiple internal and external stakeholders and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer-related technical activities and relationships, including product adoption, implementation, and support
- Act as a trusted advisor and a key technical resource for identified customers
- Attain expert-level knowledge of the organization's products
- Resolve technical issues and collaborate with development to deliver advanced solutions
- Efficiently complete technical work with various internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences of internal and external stakeholders
- Translate business cases and requirements into appropriate technical solutions
- Demonstrate, architect, design, and deliver solutions with the organization's offerings, emphasizing value propositions and technical merit
- Collect customer feedback and communicate priorities to the engineering team to influence product development
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations at external community events
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, best practices, demos, and other customer-facing materials
- Travel to customer sites and trade shows as required
- Share responsibility for off-hours support during significant events

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a technical focus
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with external customers
- Occasional travel to customer sites

Additional Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on troubleshooting of deep learning models, with a focus on accuracy, performance, and other essential customer attributes
- Experience in deep learning in NLP or CV, with proof-of-concepts and solutions considered a plus
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Python and PyTorch
- Familiarity with systems, including Linux OS and hardware
