Our client, one of the largest Manufacturing companies in the world, are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Distribution Team on an initial 6-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension. The role is based on-site in Birchwood, working 2-3 days in the office but flexible working arrangements are possible, in line with the needs of the business.

CANDIDATE:

A Strong and fast paced Microsoft Office user, with great eye for detail and a willingness to go beyond for the customer.

Providing first class support to our customers in a professional and proactive way.

A great can-do attitude. Willing to learn, able to work self-sufficiently with understanding of when to escalate or seek help when required.

Identifying and assessing what the customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

ROLE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

Logging incoming customer enquiries and responding in a timely manner.

Using multiple reports for identifying potential problems.

Interpreting the voice of the customer.

General administration duties within customer ops team.

Regular contact points with the customer, both on the phone and through teams.

General update to customers on their account via presentations.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:

Strong administrator with a common sense approach

Experience within a customer operations

Able to use Microsoft package (word, excel, Powerpoint)

Proven ability to maintain react and think quickly to fast moving fluid situations

Confidant communicator able to build strong working relationships

Demonstrate meticulous levels of attention to detail.

Strong team player with the ability the work autonomously

Flexibility

Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential
