Overview

Business Development Representative

McCloud Services is looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. This position includes a competitive base compensation a and generous uncapped performance pay program that includes a fully funded annual trip.

McCloud Services is a leader in integrated pest management solutions in the food supply chain of custody, health care, property management and retail industries. We protect more than half of the largest food-related brands in the U.S.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:
  • Be part of a creative and driven business development team that has the energy to achieve
  • Generate high-value leads by collecting business intelligence and identifying key decision makers
  • Onboard new customers through consultative selling, relationship building, and a never-say-die attitude.
  • Solve complex problems that have a profound impact on human health and safety


Qualifications

Who you are:
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Genuinely interested in serving customers
  • Competitive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Loves the thrill of the hunt and high reward for generating new business
  • Resourceful, flexible and quick to assess buying landscapes
  • 2+ years prior sales experience in business-to-business service-related sales but we are open to new college graduates looking to start a career in sales
  • College degree
  • Willing to learn a technical field
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and CRM
