Field Sales Executive

Our client is looking for ambitious individuals to join their rapidly growing Sales Team.The company is a provider of technology solutions primarily focused on clients based within the North West.Their solutions range from IT security, networking, computing solutions, etc.

The appointed individuals will join their mentoring scheme to work with one of their experienced Business Managers.Working closely with an experienced member of their Technology team, the role offers rapid career progression for bright individuals with a proven track record in sales with a positive attitude and a willingness to provide excellent customer service levels.

You will be extremely driven and hardworking and looking for that next step in your career.The company will consider both candidates from an internal sales background as well as those who already have existing field sales experience.However, you should have experience within a services, solution sales background.Experience selling IT solutions would be highly desirable but not essential.You must possess a full UK Driving Licence as you will be expected to cover the North West territory.You will be able to demonstrate that you are open, honest, trustworthy, honourable, hardworking, reliable and ambitious.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Provision of exceptional customer service; the foremost requirement within our responsive business

* Lead on the full sales cycle, from first customer contact through to contract signing

* Account management and continuous engagement within valued long-term relationships

* Customer enabling vendor engagement and relationship management

* Accurate feedback & forecasting supported by ambition to exceed Sales figures and targets

* Lead generation and liaison with marketing and company representation

Desirable Skills and Experience:

* 2+ years ‘Customer Centric’ B2B sales experience in the UK

* Ideal but not essential, experience in the IT Infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) markets

* Excellent organisational, proposal writing and presentation skills

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

* A Creative and strategic mind-set with ability to generate new, implementable ideas

* Excellent organisational, business & consumer judgment skills

* Capability to work both within a team and independently with little supervision if required

* A proactive approach with ability to use initiative and manage without authority

* Excellent contract closing skills and a hunger to reach and exceed targets

The role carries a basic salary of around 20-24k with a realistic ote of 39k and 4k car allowance.You will also receive benefits such as IPhone, Laptop, Pension and Private Health.
