Finance Administrator

A dynamic and innovative growing company based in South Wales, are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for administering the Purchase Ledger function within the organisation and providing general accounting services and support.

Key responsibilities:

* Administration of the Purchase Ledger

* Daily Bank postings and reconciliations

* Complete Vat returns

* Assist in the Financial Management accounting service

* Assist in the month end and statutory accounting process

Experience required

* Previous experience of Purchase ledger essential

* Excellent IT skills – Sage 50 accounts, Good excel skills

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal

* Planning and prioritisation of workload to meet deadlines

* Able to work methodically with good attention to detail

* Logical approach to problem solving

Desirable attributes:

* Excellent organisation skills

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Self-motivated, with a practical, “can-do” approach

* Good general office administration skills
