Account Manager - Critical Site

The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate to the users on all aspects of problems/complaints associated with the electrical & mechanical infrastructure. You will be managing a large team and reporting to regional Directors.
The role is London based and paying £70,000.
Responsible for all employees on site. ensuring high standard of works for both maintenance and small works.
Commercial responsibility for the contract.
Ensure compliance is met across the contract.
Report back to regional Directors.
·Directly accountable to employer and the client.
·Provide leadership, and that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
·This post carries some direct budgetary responsibility but financial awareness is essential.
·Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting as appropriate.
·Technically able and have good understanding of the building service system, able to diagnose problems and resolve issues.
·Management of engineering services within the data centres, critical loads, including Generators, UPS systems, Chiller plant, BMS/Ignition and HV/LV systems.
·The upkeep of O&M manuals, test equipment and technical build drawings.
·Formally trained in Mechanical or Electrical Building Service Maintenance
·HV Authorised - Desirable
·Critical Environment Experience.
·Good verbal and written communication skills
£35 - £40 Hourly
£18k - £25k Annual
£20k - £20k Annual
£30k - £35k Annual
