Our client are a MSP provider who are seeking a Sales Executive with IT/Technology sales experience to help promote profitable growth by providing support to the sales team and developing their own clients to maintain ensuring all tasks are actioned in a timely manner. Building good working relationships with potential and existing clients. Increase sales by achieving agreed targets! This individual will be targeted with new business and account management of those clients. Effectively building their own client portfolio.

The individual will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to help deliver our philosophy of exceeding client expectations.

DUTIES

* Attend customer meetings to develop experience of dealing with customers and discussing products and

* Booking appointments / updating the company calendar

* Follow up new opportunities in a professional and timely manner

* Manage clients

* Build and develop a sales data base

* Promote the companys ethos in over delivering and exceeding customer expectations

* Cold Calling

* Canvassing

* Assisting with arranging seminars, including production of literature

* Reviewing the company’s website ensuring this is kept updated with new products, company news etc.

* Marketing – work alongside the team to produce high end company collaterals

* Involvement in discussions with external sources in respect of website / database development

* Communicate effectively new marketing concepts and processes to improve sales

* Liaise closely with Customer Service Coordinator on all actions within the sales / customer service process

* Answering telephone enquiries

* Responding to emails

* Must have a full clean UK driving licence
