• Making 50 – 80+ outbound calls to customers who have enquired about the services with the intent to arrange a meeting on behalf of the Field Sales Representatives nationwide.
• Establishing rapport with all customers, approaching all conversation with a professional, trusting and empathetic manner.
• Providing product and service information.
• Handling any queries and objections.
• Liaising with and managing diary appointments for Field Representatives.
• Maximising opportunities in line with the customers wants and needs.

• Previous sales or phone based customer service experience.
• Ambition and a strong work ethic • Have exceptional communication and relationship building skills

£18,000 - £20,000 DoE with OTE in excess of £30,000
40 hours per week
Flexible Start, Finish and Lunch times between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm
20 paid holiday per year increasing to 25 over time
Modern office with pool tables and other facilities for break times
