Business Development Manager Job Purpose
My client are looking for you somebody to join their growing team to forge new business relationships with companies based in the Midlands area, promoting our range of Mobile, IP and cloud services. The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge of the mobile industry and experience of working in a new business role.
In the role you will need to be able to generate opportunities, demonstrate a structured sales approach, work well within a team environment and be confident working to targets/deadlines.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Achieve monthly/quarterly 'referral' target
Achieve weekly/monthly new business appointment activity targets (by working with Telesales and through Self generation activity)
Develop sustainable pipeline (5 x quarterly target at 50% stage)
Develop Strategic understanding of customer base - size, turnover, key stakeholders, business strategy, IT plan etc.
Develop key understanding of UK telecoms environment
Positively promote Pure Telecom product portfolio with customers, by develop key understanding of Pure product portfolio including Office 365, Box, McAfee, TuGo and Intune
Develop granular understanding of the internal sales process
To have commercial acumen
Mange and Set Clear expectations to customers - always look to exceed expectations
Demonstrate accuracy when completing all paperwork
Develop a key internal network of contacts that will be able to support your account base/help resolve issues
Ensure the account handover process is followed diligently
Ability to hold clients meetings
Provide accurate business reporting - as required
Keep Flightdeck updated at all times (in line with company guidelines)What's on Offer
A basic salary of £27,000 - £35,000 + £30,000 OTE (Uncapped commission) + £400ppm CA or Golf GTD.
Remote and autonomous working.
