Key skills & Technologies
* Experience in the IT industry, preferably within a Service Desk / Help Desk support role.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Operating Systems, including in-depth troubleshooting.
* Active Directory
* Windows 10 and Office 365 knowledge
* Some knowledge of Apple Products.
* Ability to impart information effectively in 1:1 or small group environments.
* Ability to take the initiative, identify and resolve problems creatively.
* Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
* Ability to liaise with 3rd party technical support services.
* Customer focussed.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
