Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Whitley Coventry

Hourly Rate: £40-42Ph Ltd Co Basis

Employment Type: Contract – Initially 12 months, possibility could be permanent after 12 months

Position Description:

This role is central to the operation of the Commercial Business Office and reports directly to the Senior Business Manager. This role will support the Senior Business Manager in all Business Management activities and supporting all activities across the entire Commercial Organisation. The role will support establishing and maintaining appropriate governance processes working cross-functionally to deliver critical objectives.

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

* Project and programme management including use of PM software e.g. Wrike, and management of cross-departmental governance processes and forums to manage activities and drive effective delivery and measurement.

* Change Management and Communications, support the management and implementation of the Commercial Strategie, working with cross-functional teams to deliver business processes and solutions that drive change.

* Ability to create presentation materials and scripts as required for Commercial leadership team meetings, offsites, global conferences, CEO presentations/reports, village/town halls from scratch

Experience Required:

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels Project and programme management experience and use of PM software e.g. Wrike Strong business and commercial acumen Self-Starter / Highly motivated Ability to create powerpoint presentations from scratch Data and analytical skill set; All Microsoft applications Customer First mind-set Relevant experience required

Experience Preferred:

A good understanding of Commercial Operations and Business Functions Experience with working in a global market, understanding and adapting to different cultures and possible restraints Experience of working for large corporates and demonstrate a global mindse
