A boutique Facilities Management provider who focuses on looking after corporate office occupiers, is looking for a skilled, motivated Bid Manager to be part of their friendly, close nit team in Darlington. This company boasts a welcoming family atmosphere that would welcome someone like minded to slot in with the hard working team.
Your new role
As the Bid Manager in the Marketing and Business Development department, you will be responsible for the project management and delivery of high quality bids. You will be responsible for organising and managing the bid resources and processes required to produce a winning bid. You will need to be proactive in managing a number of bids which are likely to be at different stages and progressing at different rates. You will manage and coordinate all bids, within a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a Bid Manager role, having handled multiple bids successfully from inception through to delivery. You will be solution focused with the ability to respond to clients needs effectively. Previous experience in Facilities Management would be advantageous. However, you should have an understanding of Facilities Management and be able to adapt to the changing demands of the business.

Your new role will be:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Based in;
Darlington, with occasional National travel required.You will receive;
