Salary: up to £60,000 + substantial performance bonus, car allowance and benefits (flexible dependent upon experience)

Our client operates as a leader within the events management Sector, delivering valuable, innovative and high-quality services to the UK’s most prestigious major sporting events and festivals. The industry is extremely fast paced and is evolving quickly, providing ongoing opportunity for further development as a leader in their field. They also partner with many of the leading FMCG Brands, bringing brand and consumer together in a truly unique way.
They have a number of areas in which they specialise, event management, event catering, the provision of Bars to events, wholesale and IT. This role sits within their concessions business but will influence and benefit all areas of the Group. Following several years of successive growth in sales and resulting Operational expansion, they are now ready to take it to the next level and to appoint A Director who will be dedicated to Growing and shaping the relationships with their existing clients and opening the door to new business.
The role will shape the strategy, pricing, mapping the key areas for targeted, profitable growth and also identifying, cultivating and winning new customers.

* You should have a proven track record in Sales, able to engage with and to manage the relationships at the most Senior level and to win their business.
* You will have first-hand experience in and a passion for major Events.
* You will be a natural networker, with gravitas and charisma.
