Our client is a international media based business, looking for another Service Desk Analyst to join their incredibly successful team.

As a member of their helpdesk, you will be the first point of contact and play a key role in the delivery of high quality technical support for the business. You will record and where possible, resolve customer queries using various diagnostic tools, all whilst actively promoting the Service Desk team to adhere to good practice and ITIL processes wherever necessary.

Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to use your own initiative - ideally having a good understanding of a Service Desk, within a professional environment. This is an initial 6 month contract initially, with a view to being extended once the initial 6 month contract has been completed (rolling contract).

This is a busy role, that will require great customer service along with a strong technical mindset. You can expect to use both Citrix & Active Directory, allowing you to help users with their issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to engulf yourself with other technically minded people, improving your own skillset, whilst learning from others.
