THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are excited to be recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our leading manufacturer based in Sheffield.

THE JOB:

The Internal Sales Administrator will be responsible for the Southern European clients.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Receiving, logging and processing customer enquiries

Preparing customer quotations in a timely and professional manner

Following up quotations in a timely manner and logging any feedback from the customer on the QRM system

Responding to customer order progress requests

Liaise with internal departments (e.g. technical, financial, production), as appropriate

Entering customer orders on to the in-house system

Communicate with our purchasing department, to gain lead time and price information to enable the customer quotation to be completed

Occasionally communicating difficult news to customers in regards to making reappraisals of the initial delivery promise

Recognise issues that need to be raised to senior management and report this in a timely manner

THE PERSON:

Previous sales/sales admin experience

Proficient in using ICT equipment and systems

Ability to effectively communicate and work with employees and key contacts at all levels

Excellent communication and negotiating skills

Demonstrate good time management skills

Flexibility to meet the expectation of our customers

Ability to quickly understand the basics of engineered products, their functions and applications

BENEFITS:

Salary £20,000 - £22,000pa

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 4:45pm (early finish on a Friday)
