The purpose of the role is to promote and sell online courses, managing regional key accounts, research and lead generation and lead qualification. You will also run bespoke outbound campaigns to reach new customers and maintain the companies pipeline and customer service data records in (url removed).

Job role: Sales Executive - London
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Location: Kensington, London
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Holiday: 25 days' holiday per annum, plus 8 bank holidays
Benefits: 11% Employee Pension contribution, travel to work scheme and sales bonus scheme - up to £16,500 (capped per annum)
To ensure the renewal of current subscriptions and to upsell current products for new opportunities
Identifying new potential customers, lead validation and qualification to process sale opportunities
Supplying and negotiating accurate quotes for customers
Maintaining regular communication with partnerships and implementation teams
Providing outstanding customer service at all times
Meeting agreed KPI's per day as well as regional sale targets
The use of CRM SystemsEssential skills required;
Educated to undergraduate degree level or equivalent professional experience
Excellent and clear verbal written and communication skills to deliver confident presentations over the phone
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and excellent numerical and data management skills
Must be a motivated self-starter with a pro-active can-do attitude while also being able to work well as a team player
