Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Excellent Warranty Administrator opportunity available working for a well established Commercial Vehicle Dealer point in Hull. Benefits include an excellent working environment, ongoing training and development with competitive salaries and soft benefits

Roles and Responsibilities

Set up and send out extended warranty policies to customers

Raise, process and progress chase warranty claims through to conclusion

Proactively keep customers informed with warranty claim progress

Co-ordinate and return all failed units from Field Service Engineers, Customers and dealers.

Arrange for failed units to be returned to the factory

Liaise with customer support and After Sales managers in respect of all claimed not recommended for settlement under warrant

Maintain records of all warrant claims and produce monthly report of all outstanding and settled claims

Provide administrative support to the after Sales team
