Credit Controller (Part Time)

APN Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work for a busy manufacturing and design company based in Bromsgrove.

Your day to day duties for the credit controller will include:

* Chase all overdue accounts and resolve any customer queries

* Raise Sales Invoices & Credit Notes

* Send out monthly statements from Sage Line 50 Accounts Package

* Post cash to customer accounts on Sage.

* Liaise with Internal Project Managers updating them of issues on customer accounts.

* Provide full details on status of accounts for weekly meeting with Finance Manager

* Additional Ad Hoc duties within finance as they arise

You will also be required to process the weekly payroll however; full training can be given on this.

To be considered for this exciting credit controller, you will need the following experience:

* Previous experience working within credit control role

* Happy working with sage line 50

* Happy to learn other processes i.e. payroll

* Excellent communicator both on the phone and via email

Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a small accounts team for a manufacturing company based in Bromsgrove.

This is a permanent role working part time hours which can be flexible.

The suggested hours are Monday – Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm

£9.00 per hour.
