We have a fantastic portfolio of products on offer and are looking for driven, passionate client relationship managers to help us spread the word to our existing clients.

Main Purpose of Role

You will be join our fantastic sales team and helping us to consolidate our position as the market leading provider of training and support and promoting these services to our existing warm client base of accountancy practices and finance teams across UK.

You'll be someone who loves talking to people on the telephone and is keen to find solutions to problems or knowledge gaps they may have.

You'll be pro-actively contacting warm clients as a result to targeted marketing campaigns we have completed and providing them with advice and guidance on products we offer that they could benefit from.

As a results based person, we're sure you'll be keen to seen the fruits of your labour and see us achieve higher rates of client adoption of our products and services.

Our team is super friendly and are all driven to achieve high levels of client retention. You never know, you might even be able to bring on a new client through cross selling to our existing client base which would be amazing.

When you join, you'll be put on a comprehensive structured training programme to help you learn everything you need to learn to set you up for success so don't worry if you don't know too much about accountancy, thats something we can teach you!

- Experience in the same or similar role i.e. outbound B2B selling and/or customer service provision via telephone, ideally from within a regulated industry like accountancy, legal services or education
